Nick Richardson

I'm currently studying NCFE Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading and I've noticeably developed my management skills. I work for an IT company and was recently promoted to Team Supervisor, and although I've got the technical knowledge I need for the role I haven't had any direct experience of managing a team. I decided to study this NVQ in Team Leading as part of my continuing personal development and to develop my skills as a manager.

The NVQ is really well structured and it's clear what the different units cover. I feel like I've really learnt how to support my team and how to get the best out of everyone I work with. Enrolling in the Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading has been a great move both personally and professionally, and I know my team and myself (and also my employer) have benefitted.
