Our brand new Employability Skills qualifications are essential for learners who want to get set for work. NCFE Employability Skills are on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), and can be studied as an Award or Certificate. NCFE Employability Skills can be taken at the following levels:

• NCFE Entry Level 3 Award in Exploring Employability Skills        
• NCFE Entry Level 3 Certificate in Exploring Employability Skills   
• NCFE Level 1 Award in Employability Skills                              
• NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Employability Skills

Learners studying an Award or Certificate in Employability Skills will have the option to take practical, constructive units including Interview skills, Managing your time, and Working with colleagues.

Our Employability Skills qualifications provide easy progression through a Level, from Award to Certificate, and through shared units, and they support the Employability and Skills for Life agendas. The suite provides a comprehensive framework of choice to learners allowing them to select from particular skills and content areas or develop bespoke programmes to meet particular needs. The Employability Skills qualifications are mapped to the Asset Skills Employability Matrix, and all units have been written in full awareness of Functional Skills and PLTS.
